What are your payment options?

We accept:  AfterPay,  Eftpos,  Cash, Credit Card or (Pre-paid) Layby.

When can you make my tow bar?

You will need to book. We like to try and work in with your schedule, so just let us know what suits you best.

How long does it take?

Each vehicle is different,  most generally take, three to four hours once started. For COF trucks and motor homes please allow one to two days. 

What can I do while I wait?

If you need something to do while waiting, we are conveniently close to The Base Shopping Centre, Bunnings and are handy to bus stops. We have courtesy cars available for within Hamilton, these book out quickly so, if needed, Please mention when booking.

What weight can I tow?

It’s important to adhere to the vehicle manufactures recommend towing capacity weights. These weights you’ll need to consider are: 

Braked mass – Weight you can tow with a braked trailer - trailer weight included

Un-braked mass or non braked trailer – For trailers with no brakes - trailer weight included

Tongue load – Total downward weight on your tongue/ball

These detail specifics can be usually found in your user manual - Manufacturer’s exact specifications. 

Are your bars certified?

Yes all our bars are made by Certified welders.
