What are your payment options?

We accept Eftpos, Cash or Credit Card.

When can you make my tow bar?

You will need to book in advance, as we have a three to five day waiting period. We get especially busy around the summer holiday period.

How long does it take?

Each vehicle takes between three to four hours once started. For trucks and motor homes please allow one to two days.

What can I do while I wait?

If you need somthing to do while waiting, we are conveniently close to The Base Shopping Centre, Bunnings and are handy to bus stops. We also provide a drop off & pick up service for those customer within Hamilton.

What weight can I tow?

It’s important to adhere to your vehicles recommended weights. The weights you’ll need to consider are:

Braked mass – Weight you can tow with a braked trailer

Un-braked mass – For trailers with no brakes

Tongue load – Total downward weight on your tongue
